These terms govern the written services provided by Da Vinci Hungary Kft: resume writing, LinkedIn profile writing, cover letters, executive positioning documents, newcomer documents and interview preparation. They apply from the moment you accept a written proposal.

We are a writing service. We are not a recruitment agency, an employment agency, an immigration adviser or a legal adviser. We do not represent candidates to employers, we do not submit applications on your behalf, and we receive no fees from any employer.

Prices are not published because the amount of work varies by seniority, target market, volume of material and turnaround. After reviewing your material we send a written scope and an individual price. A project begins only when you have accepted that proposal in writing. Nothing outside the agreed scope is invoiced without prior written agreement.

• Provide accurate information. Everything we write is based on what you tell us.
• Take part in the intake conversation or complete the written questionnaire in its place.
• Return feedback within the agreed revision window so the schedule holds.
• Send only material you are entitled to share, and tell us where confidentiality obligations restrict what may be described.

Delivery dates are stated in the proposal and run from the intake conversation, not from the initial enquiry. The number of revision rounds is stated in the proposal. Revisions cover corrections, wording and emphasis within the agreed scope; a change of target role or a substantially different direction is new work and is quoted separately.

We do not invent achievements, inflate job titles or add qualifications you do not hold. If you ask us to include something we consider misleading, we will decline. Documents must be defensible in an interview, and misrepresentation is your risk alone.

We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment, and no statement on this website should be read as such a guarantee. Hiring decisions are made by employers on grounds we do not control.

You may cancel before the intake conversation for a full refund. After the intake, cancellation is possible with the work completed to that point invoiced proportionally. Once a first draft has been delivered, the fee is payable in full, and the remaining revision rounds stay available to you.

On full payment, the finished documents are yours to use without restriction. We retain no rights over their use and we do not reuse your content in other clients' documents.

Everything you send is treated as confidential. Materials are seen only by the writer assigned to your project and, where required, one reviewer. Client work is never published as an example without explicit written permission, and then only in anonymised form.

Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fee paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of an employment opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Da Vinci Hungary Kft is registered. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applying where you live.
