What we write, who we write it for, and where we decline work.
What we write, who we write it for, and where we decline work.
If you are applying and hearing nothing, start with the resume. If nobody approaches you, start with LinkedIn. If you reach interviews but not offers, start with interview preparation. If you have just arrived in a new country, start with the newcomer service.
In almost every case, yes. Your existing document is used as a source of facts, but the structure, ordering and wording are rebuilt around the roles you are targeting. Editing a weak structure rarely fixes it.
Yes, and it is common. The work involves reorganising your history so the transferable evidence leads, and writing a letter that makes the logic of the move explicit.
Yes. Operations, finance, marketing, HR, logistics, healthcare administration and general management are all within scope. The technology practice exists because engineering needs specialist writers, not because we only do engineering.
No. Academic CVs, research applications and grant documents follow separate conventions, and we decline that work rather than deliver something weaker than a specialist would.
Timelines, revisions and what is expected from you at each stage.
A standard resume project runs five to seven working days from the intake conversation. Full packages take one to two weeks and executive projects two to three, because the intake and review cycles are longer.
Two rounds on single documents, three on the Full Application Set, and unlimited within the agreed scope at executive level. The number is stated in your proposal before you commit.
The intake conversation produces the material that makes a document convincing, so we strongly recommend it. Where a call is genuinely impossible we run the intake as a structured written questionnaire.
You say so and we revise. A first draft that needs substantial change is a normal part of the process. The document is finished when you would be comfortable defending every line of it.
Usually. Tell us the date in your first message. Compressed timelines displace other work, so they are agreed and priced explicitly rather than assumed.
Why nothing is published as a flat fee and how a quote is produced.
Because the work is not the same size for everyone. A first local resume for a recent arrival and an executive package with a biography and board positioning are entirely different projects. A published flat fee would overcharge some people and underserve others.
Send your current documents and the roles you are targeting through the form. You receive a written scope and an individual price, with no obligation to continue.
No. The first assessment and the proposal are free. Paid work starts only after you have agreed the scope in writing.
Yes. Writing the resume, letter and profile together removes duplicated intake work and is priced accordingly, quite apart from producing a more consistent result.
Any change is agreed in writing before it happens. Nothing is added to an invoice that was not discussed first.
Who sees your material, and what we will never promise.
Your writer and, where the project requires it, one reviewer. Nobody else. Materials are not shared with employers, agencies or partners under any circumstances.
Only with explicit written permission, and only in anonymised form. The examples on this site are composites with names, employers and figures changed or removed.
No. We do not represent candidates, we do not place anyone, we receive no fees from employers and we have no commercial relationship with any hiring company.
No, and any provider who does is describing something they cannot control. We can make your experience legible, findable and well positioned. Hiring decisions belong to employers.
Only as long as necessary to deliver the project and answer questions afterwards. You can ask us to delete your materials at any time and we confirm when it is done.
Anything not answered above can go straight into the form. A member of the writing team replies in person.
