Da Vinci Hungary Kft, registered as 01-09-438992 at 1094 Budapest, Viola utca 34, B. lház., földszint 2. ajtó., operates this website and provides resume writing, LinkedIn profile and related career document services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to answer you and to deliver work you have ordered:

  • Form data: your name, email address, chosen subject, target role or market, and the text of your message
  • Materials you send: a resume, cover letter, profile links or vacancy descriptions sent by email after our reply
  • Intake notes: information given during an intake conversation and recorded in written notes
  • Technical data: standard server records such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request

We do not ask for identity documents, financial details or account passwords, and you should not send them to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Replies: to answer your enquiry and prepare a written proposal
  • Delivery: to carry out work you have ordered, including writing and revising your documents
  • Records: to keep the records required for accounting and tax purposes
  • Security: to keep the website secure and functioning

The legal bases are your consent when you submit the form, the performance of a contract once you order work, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and legal obligations relating to record keeping.

3. What We Never Do

  • We never share your documents or details with employers, recruiters or agencies. We are not a recruitment business.
  • We never sell, rent or trade personal data.
  • We never publish client work as an example without explicit written permission, and then only in anonymised form.
  • We never add you to a marketing list on the basis of a service enquiry.

4. Processors We Use

A small number of service providers process data strictly on our instructions: our website hosting provider, and the transactional email provider that delivers form submissions to our corporate mailbox. They are bound by contract, act only on our instructions, and may not use your data for their own purposes.

5. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within twelve months. Project materials are kept for the duration of the project and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions, and are then deleted. Records required by accounting law are kept for the statutory period.

6. Your Rights

You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

7. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to a single corporate mailbox with restricted access. Access to project materials is limited to the writer assigned to your project and, where the project requires it, one reviewer.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults in the labour market. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.

9. Changes To This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated by email.
